Why We Trial-Assemble Every Aluminum Door Order Before It Ships

What we check during trial assembly

1. Every panel fits its frame

Each panel is hung on its own frame before packing. We confirm panel-to-frame gaps are even, that folding doors stack flush, and that sliding panels glide on their tracks without binding. A door that opens smoothly in Foshan opens smoothly in California.

2. Hardware is installed and tested

Handles, locks, hinges, rollers and closers are fitted during assembly — not thrown loose into the box. We cycle each lock and operate each panel to verify the hardware works before packing, then re-test the critical components after packing is complete.

3. Glass and seals are fitted correctly

Glass is set with the correct gaskets and glazing beads, and weather seals are verified along every perimeter. This catches fit issues in the workshop, where fixing them takes minutes — not at the job site, where fixing them takes weeks.

4. Everything is counted against a checklist

Each order is verified against the approved production drawing: sizes, opening direction, color, glass specification, hardware and quantities. If the order says 12 panels, the crate contains 12 panels — and every single one is documented.
