X Star Industry Co., Ltd began aluminum window and door production in 2012, growing from a local workshop into a professional aluminum products manufacturer serving clients across the United States. We manufacture a broad range of aluminum windows and doors together with screen solutions and outdoor pergolas, combining precision engineering with skilled craftsmanship.
Our Foshan manufacturing base supports highly customized aluminum products with production and inspection steps organized around confirmed drawings and order requirements. Equipment, capacity and applicable documentation can be reviewed with buyers for the selected product and project.

Design & Drawing
After order confirmation, our engineering team produces detailed CAD drawings and 3D renderings of your custom aluminum products — so you see exactly what you will receive before production begins.
Customer Approval
Drawings are sent for your review and sign-off. Nothing enters production without written confirmation. This checkpoint helps reduce avoidable specification and configuration errors.
Production Control
Manufacturing stages are tracked from aluminum cutting and machining through assembly and finishing. The production schedule is confirmed for each order based on its approved scope and current capacity.
Trial Assembly
Before packing, the applicable components are checked against the approved order scope for fit and completeness so issues can be identified before shipping.
Professional Packaging
All products are wrapped in pearl cotton (EPE foam) for surface protection, then packed based on shipment type. FCL orders are palletized for efficient container loading; LCL orders use 25mm-thick wooden crates with cushioning materials to minimize transit damage.
Loading & Shipping
Full container loads are handled by professional loading teams with a documented loading plan. Intelligent space utilization improves container fill rate, effectively reducing your per-unit freight cost. Every loading session is photo-documented for your records.
After-Sales Support
Our dedicated after-sales team follows up on every shipment. In a 2023 case, a client project faced shutdown due to lost hardware — we coordinated an emergency parts dispatch from a distributor in another state, resolving the crisis and keeping the project on schedule.
