Information we collect
When you request a quotation, we receive the contact and project details you choose to provide. We may also receive basic technical and campaign information such as the page visited, referral parameters, browser type and approximate network location.
How we use it
We use this information to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, follow up on projects, protect the form from abuse and understand which marketing activity produces useful business enquiries. We do not sell enquiry details.
Measurement technologies
The site may use Google Analytics and Meta Business Tools, including the Meta Pixel and Conversions API. These tools help us measure visits, contact actions and submitted leads. Meta may process hashed contact identifiers and browser or network information under its own privacy terms. Browser and server versions of the same lead use one event identifier so the lead is counted once.
Retention and sharing
We keep business enquiry records only as long as reasonably needed for quotation, customer service, fraud prevention and legal or accounting obligations. We share data only with service providers that support email, hosting, analytics, advertising or lead management, subject to their applicable terms and safeguards.
